RUNWAY10.28 Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us . If you are not satisfied with your purchase ,we are happy to refund your purchase if the return complies to our return policy.

We accept returns for products purchased  from RUNWAY10.28 Online only, and all items are inspected upon return. Products purchased from RUNWAY10.28 Online must be returned in new or gently used condition within 30 days of original purchase date . 

Additionally , items that qualify for return  must include any and all free promotional items .

Note: Items marked as Final Sale or Non - Returnable are ineligible for RUNWAY10.28 store credit gift cards.

RUNWAY10.28 monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that, in RUNWAY10.28   discretion, do not meet the return requirements, in instances of abuse , or for items that were resent at no cost in a good faith gesture following a report of

non-receipt .

Returns made after 30days are not guaranteed and will be made at the sole discretion of RUNWAY10.28 . If issued in these instances , RUNWAY10.28 has the right to provide the refunded amount in the form of an electronic gift card .
